Onions can be added to many meals, even in smaller quantities. Furthermore, onions hold many health benefits. This is true for those who add them to their diet on a regular basis. Consequently, they come in different varieties. Some are stronger flavored than others. Usually, the more expensively priced onions will hold sweeter, milder flavors.

Adding Onions To Recipes & Daily Foods
Onions can be added to potato recipes, soups, sandwiches, salads, and many other recipes. Personally, I love to add onions when I am pre-cooking ground hamburger. I also love to add onions to different types of salads and sandwiches.
When cooking onions in the crock pot, they typically will not be overcooked. Lastly, they will not lose their nutritional value. And, crockpot onions are great to add to your favorite hot sandwiches.
Onions hold many health benefits when consumed on a regular basis. As a result, they are high in nutrients, hold heart benefits, and can improve sugar imbalances.
