Who do you genuinely admire in your life? What characteristics do they hold? What special qualities catch your attention? Write down the answers to these questions in a notebook, or on an index card.

What do you want to achieve in your family? What do you want to develop in your children? How do you want to improve your relationship with your spouse? Write down your answers in a notebook, or on an index card.

Yearly vacation together
Ongoing peace between siblings

What are your financial goals? Do you need to save for retirement? Do you need to pay off debts? Take ten minutes to record some of your financial goals in a notebook, or on an index card.
Your answers might include:
Develop a personal budget
Create a debt reduction plan
Save money for next year’s vacation
Put aside an emergency fund
Tithe 15% of your personal income
Contribute to a worthy cause
Set aside $100 a month for the desired hobby
Create a college fund for your children
